Intuitive Tarot Reading
Put away the guide books and start reading intuitively.
Are you familiar with the tarot but at a loss when it comes to 'reading' a spread? Questions like: Which spread to use or how many cards to pick, what's the most important card to focus on, what if they're reversed can be overwhelming. Learning the meaning of all seventy-eight tarot cards is daunting enough but then actually applying them to a life situation, that's a more significant challenge. Because there are so many layers and possibilities in a reading, the goal is merely to make sense of what you see.
Through this presentation, I will introduce you to some useful techniques for working with the tarot. Whether you plan to use the cards for yourself or with others, and even if you don't know all the actual meanings, I have designed a systematic approach for reading the tarot cards that is both analytical and symbolic.
I'll introduce you to some of my favorite readings for self-reflection, relationships, and the simple: "tell me what I need to know." You’ll learn how to create a cohesive story from a random array of tarot cards by becoming aware of the repeating themes, the imagery in the cards and the relevance of numerology in the tarot.
Learning at your own pace through this 90-minute presentation will be enhanced by a live, interactive discussion with me on Wednesday, August 29, 2018. On our live call, I will guide you through the process of reading and answer any questions you have. You can also practice and discuss what you learn with each in our private course Facebook page. Handouts and cheat sheets will also be included.
This workshop is open to all levels and interests.
Your Instructor
I am deeply curious about the nature of humankind and I believe that in the absence of observation, there is a lack of meaning to reality. Through my own process of self-discovery, I’ve developed a passion for assisting others. By way of exploring universal principles and psychospiritual concepts, I am committed to serving others in their process of self-discovery.
For many years I have worked with the systems of numerology, astrology, and tarot drawing from them a conceptual framework that bridges the practical with the mystical world. My orientation is eclectic, uniting the principles of Existentialism (finding meaning and purpose), Mysticism, Buddhism, Mythology, and contemporary psychology. I offer encouragement, unconditional acceptance, and insight.
I have a degree in Religious Studies and am a certified life coach, specializing in addiction/recovery and spiritual counseling.
